Website purpose
The public website presents Villa Eyewear's company information, brand portfolio, editorial updates, selected collection previews, and retailer contact paths. It is not an ecommerce storefront.
Collection previews
Collection preview pages are designed to show the look and character of selected collections. They may not include complete product specifications, pricing, availability, ordering status, billing information, or account-specific terms.
Approved account access
Approved retailers should use the Villa portal or direct Villa communication for current product, order, pricing, and account information. Existing customers who need credentials should use the portal request-access flow. New optical retailers should start with the become a retailer form.
Editorial and brand content
News articles, brand descriptions, images, logos, and campaign materials are provided for informational context. Brand participation, product details, and availability may change over time.
Form submissions
Submitting a retailer interest form, contact form, or newsletter form does not guarantee account approval, portal access, product availability, or a specific response time. Villa may route each inquiry to the appropriate internal team or system.
