How Villa handles website information.

Information we collect

The public website may collect information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name, website, location, role, brand interests, and message content. Newsletter forms collect email subscription information.

We also collect basic site context, including page path, referral source, UTM campaign values, browser signals, and interaction events used to understand performance.

How we use information

Villa uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate retailer interest, route existing customers, maintain CRM contact records, manage communication preferences, and improve the site.

Product pricing, ordering, billing, private account data, and authenticated retailer workflows are handled through the Villa portal, not the public website.

Analytics and measurement

Villa uses privacy-conscious analytics to understand traffic, content engagement, retailer interest, and site performance. Form fields and free-text messages are treated as private and are not intentionally sent to analytics tools.

If session replay or advanced behavior analytics are enabled, form inputs are masked and private form areas are blocked from replay capture.

Sharing and service providers

Villa may use service providers for hosting, analytics, CRM, communications, site operations, and security. These providers support Villa's business operations and are not intended to use submitted information for their own independent marketing.

Your choices

Newsletter subscribers can request preference changes or removal. Retailers and other contacts can request updates to submitted information where appropriate for Villa's business records.
