Exquisite Craftsmanship and Pioneering Design Merge in Latest Offerings

Mad In Italy, a vanguard in eyewear design, is proud to announce the unveiling of its latest collections at the recent Opti Munich 2024. These new creations are a testament to the brand's commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and avant-garde design.

Acetate Collection: A Fusion of Elegance and Ingenuity

In a remarkable display of technical artistry, Mad in Italy introduces four new styles in acetate, each enhanced with an ultra-thin layer of acetate intricately set into precisely engineered grooves of just 1.2 millimeters in depth. This innovative technique imparts a lacquered-like appearance while retaining the classic flexibility of traditional acetate. Consistent with MAD's signature style, color plays a pivotal role. The frames, available in various semi-transparent hues, showcase the striking contrast of internal details in bold, solid colors. This aesthetic marvel is the brainchild of the renowned designer Laura Rattaro, supported by MAD's state-of-the-art technical team.

Titanium Range: Sophistication Meets Innovation

This season, Mad in Italy expands its offerings with a series of understated styles in titanium, providing an elegant alternative to the more flamboyant designs in the existing collection. The six new models join their predecessors in showcasing a fusion of titanium fronts with beta titanium temples. These frames are assembled using distinctive hinges and rimlocks, avoiding welding where possible to support lightness, fluid motion, and sleek aesthetics.

Expanded Presence and Redesigned Experiences

In addition to the showcase at the recent OPTI MUNICH 2024, Mad In Italy is excited to announce its participation at MIDO in Milan this February, featuring a booth that has doubled in size and undergone a complete redesign. The brand will also be on display and present within Villa Eyewear's booth at VISION EXPO EAST in New York this March.
